Information you choose to share

When you request a quotation, you may provide your name or company, phone number, city, product requirement and approximate quantity. The quotation form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; you can review it before sending.

How we use it

Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, provide product or dealer information, and follow up on a requested quotation. Please do not submit confidential project documents through the public enquiry form.

Google and Meta advertising tools

We use Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., which operates Facebook and Instagram) to measure advertising enquiries and, with your permission, show relevant ads to past visitors. These tools can collect pages visited, button clicks and quotation-form submission events, together with technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and advertising click identifiers.

A quotation-form event means you completed the form and continued to WhatsApp; it does not confirm that you sent the message. Likewise, a phone or WhatsApp click does not confirm a completed call, received enquiry or purchase. Dealer calls are recorded separately from company sales calls.

We do not include the name, telephone number, city, quantity or message you type in the quotation form in advertising event payloads. We do not enable enhanced conversions, automatic advanced matching or automatic form-field collection in this integration. Dealer-call events contain the public dealer name and town where available, not your contact details.

Your choice and consent mode

Choose Accept in the banner to allow Google and Meta advertising cookies, measurement and ad personalisation. Choose Decline to refuse these cookies and Meta tracking events. Google’s tag loads on every page using Consent Mode v2: before you choose, or after you decline, advertising and analytics storage, advertising user data and personalisation remain denied. Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals; ad-click identifiers in those signals are redacted. URL passthrough may retain ad attribution parameters between pages of this website.

Meta’s script is initialised with consent revoked. We send Meta PageView, Contact, DealerCall and Lead events only after acceptance. The no-JavaScript pixel fallback operates only when your browser has a valid previously accepted choice for this notice.

You can opt out by selecting Decline in the banner, opening Privacy settings at the bottom left of any page, or using browser cookie/tracking controls. Declining does not affect contact links, the quotation form or dealer search. We remember your choice in localStorage and a first-party consent cookie for up to 180 days, and ask again when the choice expires or the notice materially changes. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent Meta events and switches Google back to denied consent; it does not erase data already received by either provider. You can also clear existing cookies using your browser settings.

External services

WhatsApp, telephone and email links open services operated by their respective providers. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
